When can I expect my order?

We need 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Your order will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. In total, it will take 6 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

What is the status of my order if the expected delivery time has been exceeded?

99% of our orders are delivered on time.

Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur. You can check the status of your order via the following link: Order Tracking. If you have not received your order seven days after the scheduled delivery date, please contact us.

What are the shipping costs?

We NEVER charge shipping costs. That's good news, because you don't have to pay any shipping costs at all!

What steps do I need to take if I want to return an item?

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders within 30 minutes of placing them, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. Click on the link in the email to track your package in real time.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will help you resolve the issue quickly.
