Are you dissatisfied with your product or do you have a complaint? You can return your order within 90 days, provided it meets the conditions listed at the bottom of this page. Once we have received your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 3-6 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

We accept returns in the following cases:
- Canceling an order: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase, as long as it has not yet been processed. After that, the order can no longer be canceled.
- Damaged upon receipt: Did you receive a damaged product? Please contact us immediately. We will provide you with further instructions.
- Manufacturing defect or defect after use: In the event of manufacturing defects or functional problems, we will offer a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.
- Regret of purchase: If you regret your purchase, you can return the product in its original condition within 90 days. The return costs are at your expense.
- Exchange: Would you like to exchange your product? Please contact us for instructions.
- Received the wrong product: Did you receive the wrong product? Contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue quickly.
How to start a return:
- Contact us: Send an email to info@silkvitality.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Include photos if necessary.
- Receive return instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and send you instructions.
- Send the product:
- Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.
- Add a Track & Trace code and send it to info@silkvitality.com. Without this code, the return may be invalidated.
- The return shipping costs are at your expense. Our return address is in China, as we ship directly from our supplier.
- Inspection & refund:
- Upon receipt, we will inspect the product. If the product is damaged or the return form is incomplete, the return may be rejected.
- Is everything in order? Then the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 3-6 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
Please note:
- Make sure the return form is completely filled out. Without this form, we cannot process your return.
- Depreciation in case of damage: If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to test it, we may charge a fee or refuse the return.
